The breakfast here was fantastic! There were plenty of delicious options to choose from. My room was top-notch, everything was new and in top condition. It had central heating, a work desk, and even a flat-screen TV with lots of channels 🍳.

Hotel is in an excellent location if you are going to the St Pauli football stadium.
I stayed in the Imperial hotel for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned.When informed the receptionist on checking out,she just shrugged her shoulders.Just not good enough.

Would definitely book again, our experience was good. It's useful base for sightseeing and exploring Hamburg. The staff is HELPFUL and extremely friendly. The airport is 15 km away.

Right on the seedy Reeperbahn and the room lacked any style whatsoever,was immediately outside the lift ans was quite soulless.

Well the hotel was right where we needed to be and very clean . Staff were very good .Breakfast was great very fresh and always lots to choose from.Staff very helpfull .All in all a great hotel for weekend break very happy there and will stay there when in Hamburg which we hope will be soon

Location is good by day, subway stop less than 5 minutes by foot
Location by night is filled with hookers and homeless. Unknown to me when I booked, you are in the red light district.

The place was newly remodeled and the staff was very good and pleasant. I got a guest room for 2 nights with tea, which I appreciated.The location was awesome, a 4-6 minute walking distance from the German sports club.
